All our membership categories are non-gender specific — every member enjoys identical privileges regardless of gender. All playing categories include an England Golf affiliation fee and a Club Development fee. Every member receives a twenty per cent discount on bar purchases.

Payment Options
Pay in 2 Instalments
Split your annual subscription into two equal payments. Pay the first half on 1st April and the second on 1st October.
Monthly Payments
Spread the cost across the year with convenient monthly direct debit payments. Set up once and forget about it.
Early Payment Bonus
Pay your full annual subscription before 1st March and receive a discount on your membership. Contact the office for current early payment rates.
Frequently Asked Questions
Members who have maintained continuous membership for 50 years or more are awarded complimentary 50 Year Loyalty membership in recognition of their long-standing commitment to the club. This is a prestigious honour reflecting decades of dedication to Bury Golf Club.
Junior membership (ages 8-12) at £25 per year provides access to the course with an accompanying adult member. Junior Competitive membership (ages 13-20) at £150 per year allows full competition entry, an official handicap, and independent play on the course.
The Young Adult category is designed for members aged 21-30, with the annual fee increasing in three age bands: £430 (ages 21-24), £765 (ages 25-27), and £900 (ages 28-30). This graduated structure helps younger members transition to full Platinum membership.
We do not offer a specific couples membership category. Each individual joins under their own preferred category. However, if both partners join at the same time, please mention this in your application and we can discuss any available offers.
Yes. You can pay in two interest-free instalments — the first by 1st March, the second by 1st June. Alternatively, spread over eight months via Orchard Finance or a club arrangement. Pay your fees in full by 1st February and receive a £20 credit on your bar card.
